EFFICIENT GAS USE MEETS COMFORT

Gas savers—whether simple shielding gas savers, electric, or mechanical gas economizers—have one primary goal: to reduce gas consumption in your application. To achieve this, shielding gas savers are simply installed between the pressure regulator and the welding machine, reducing the back pressure and the resulting gas leakage. They are therefore particularly effective when welding multiple short sections. In such cases, a shielding gas saver can save between 30 and 50% of shielding gas. Electric and mechanical gas economizers are more complex and can be connected in front of your torch. Additionally, they feature an electric ignition column or a mechanism with a pilot flame for convenient ignition of the torch. By hooking the torch into the fork of the electric or mechanical gas economizer, these devices ensure automatic interruption of the gas supply without the need to operate the torch valves. When the torch is removed, the full gas supply is automatically restored. You can then ignite the torch using the pilot flame (mechanical gas economizer) or the electric ignition column (electric gas economizer).

We are happy to assist you in finding the optimal solution for your needs.
