After four years the World’s largest technology fair for the plate processing industry is back: EuroBLECH 2022 opens its doors on the Hannover Exhibition grounds from the 25th to 28th October – of course, Messer Cutting Systems will be there in Hall 13, Stand D138. Alongside the flame cutting machine ELEMENT 400 with its flexible applications and the new ELEMENT 400 L, conceived specially for laser work, the cutting experts from Groß-Umstadt present the most modern solutions for the digitalisation of production – from creating the quotation, nesting plans, and production planning right up to material handling, production monitoring and business analysis.

With the flexible machine platform ELEMENT Messer Cutting Systems combines increased productivity, improved cut quality and short cycle times with individual configuration. With this, the users can match all cutting processes precisely to their special requirements and can look at future challenges without concern. Messer Cutting Systems will be exhibiting the ELEMENT 400 with the most modern plasma bevel technology at EuroBLECH as well as the new laser cutting machine ELEMENT 400 L.

Equipped with oxyfuel and plasma cutting equipment as well as two additional marking tools, the cutting machine ELEMENT 400 is suitable for the widest range of applications with the highest quality requirements.

Whether handling complex contours, holes, or bevels for weld preparations – the plasma bevel head Bevel-S has been developed specifically for use with the ELEMENT platform and provides a very high degree of flexibility. High-acceleration rotation ensures high efficiency and thus increased productivity.

What is more, the ELEMENT platform offers numerous options for high speed marking with tried and robust tools. So parts from the most different materials can be marked simply and fast.

The most modern laser technology for maximum productivity and quality

The laser machine ELEMENT 400 L scores with a remarkably high dynamic level, the latest laser technology, and the ability to handle XXL sheets economically. Equipped with the new bevel cutting head Bevel-U, the modern Laser Nozzle Control (LNC) and our easy-to-operate control Global Connect, it ensures maximum productivity as well as optimum user friendliness.

With its unique design, the Bevel-U creates bevel parts which are precise and repeatable – a great advantage in edge preparation for automated robotic welding.

Anybody who wants to master the current and future challenges such as lack of skilled staff, energy changes and scarce resources, needs flexible processes. Software solutions from Messer Cutting Systems network machines and systems. The Global Connect control with its intuitive operation enables plate processing without manual intervention. Cutting orders are executed automatically and the cut parts are checked for quality. Reliable production data reports support total traceability. Integrated systems for material handling automate and control the production and ensure minimum idle times.
